Daily Responsibilities

  • Providing clients with pertinent information on travel regulations, visas, passports, and customs.
  • Staying up to date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and advisories.
  • Resolving travel issues or changes including cancellations, delays, and other emergencies.
  • Creating and confirming itineraries and ensuring all arrangements meet the clients' demands.
  • Negotiating supplier rates and handling payments and reimbursements.
