Daily Responsibilities

  • Maintain backup and recovery operations for data and system integrity.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of the organization's networks, including managing network infrastructures.
  • Develop and document system standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing issues.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of operating systems like Linux, Windows, and UNIX.
  • Proficiency in network configurations and security, including firewalls and routers.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
