Daily Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective group fitness workouts.
  • Lead classes for various fitness levels, adapting exercises as needed.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and correct participants on proper techniques.
  • Motivate and encourage participants to stay active and reach goals.
  • Evaluate participants’ physical fitness and provide feedback and health advice.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness industry trends and techniques.
  • Prepare and organize the studio or workout area before and after classes.
