Daily Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective group fitness workouts.
- Lead classes for various fitness levels, adapting exercises as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and correct participants on proper techniques.
- Motivate and encourage participants to stay active and reach goals.
- Evaluate participants’ physical fitness and provide feedback and health advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness industry trends and techniques.
- Prepare and organize the studio or workout area before and after classes.
