Daily Responsibilities

  • Assess the mental health needs and risk factors of individuals experiencing a crisis.
  • Provide supportive counseling and immediate intervention to help individuals manage and mitigate their emotional distress.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, psychologists, and law enforcement, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Refer individuals to appropriate social services, mental health services, or other community resources for continued support.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of interventions provided.
