Daily Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Select and coordinate subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Address work delays, emergencies, or other issues that may arise.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget.
