Daily Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
  • Select and coordinate subcontractors and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Address work delays, emergencies, or other issues that may arise.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget.
